Fitness Classes offered in the Fitness Studio of Columbia College

The schedule for fitness classes starts Tuesday, January 27. Fitness classes are free to all Columbia College, Roosevelt University and East/West University students. These classes take place in the Fitness Studio, 731 S. Plymouth Court, lower level.

Total Body Conditioning
Tuesdays - 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Self Defense and Street Smarts
Wednesdays - 4:45 p.m.-6:30 p.m.

HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training
Thursdays - 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Pilates Mat Class 
Fridays - 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Yoga, A Mind/Body Connection
Fridays - 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m.

Fitness Classes offered at the Flats of East/West University, 819 S. Wabash

The schedule for fitness classes starts Monday, January 26. Fitness classes are free to all Columbia College and East/West University students. These classes take place in the gym, 2nd floor.

Pilates Mat Class 
Mondays - 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Yoga, A Mind/Body Connection
Wednesdays - 7:30 p.m.-8:45 p.m.

Fitness Classes offered at the Barry Crown Fitness Center of Roosevelt University

The schedule for fitness classes starts Tuesday, January 27. Fitness classes are free to all Columbia College and Roosevelt University students. These classes take place in the Dance Studio of the Barry Crown Fitness Center, located at 425 S. Wabash, 5th floor.

Dance Fitness Class
Tuesdays - 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion Class
Thursdays - 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
