Should be friendly and outgoing, responsible for making guests feel welcome and comfortable as they visit the various showcases; stationed throughout campus.
Will answer any questions guests may have related to the location, description or time of events, transportation options or nearby restaurant options. We will provide you with all the info you need to know!
Provide information for visitors as they travel on the Manifest trolley to various events across the campus.
This volunteer should preferably be 21 years of age and older and will assist with duties as assigned at the graduation party
Check in volunteers, distribute assignments to volunteers, handle other various tasks.
Responsible for overseeing and delegating duties to groups of volunteers; travel to various campus locations to check volunteer status.
Must have good geographical knowledge of the Columbia Campus, will assist in getting everything where it needs to be via foot, bike or car.
This volunteer assists with inputting Manifest attendee information card data into spreadsheets for future use through the day
Willing to be assigned to whatever capacity needs help at the time.
Help set up stage and stage area: hang banners & signage, set up equipment, direct visitors to correct stage, greet and direct performers, manage stage area traffic. Should have production experience!
