WIU exposed me to the career possibilities in Student Affairs; what was my passion in undergrad remains my passion as professional!"

Dr. Eck's dissertation analyzed the variables likely to influence organizational and institutional commitment among student affairs professionals. "Not only am I excited to return to Illinois and live in my favorite city, but it is an honor to support so many students who are passionate about their studies and focused on so many fields of creativity. There is no more rewarding experience as a professional than watching students become masters of their craft."
