Spring U-Pass Distribution Dates

U-Pass distribution is scheduled for:

• Wednesday, January 23rd
• Thursday, January, 24th
• Friday, January 25th

The pick up times will be between 9am and 6pm at 33 East Congress Parkway, 1st Floor. Make sure you have a valid Campus Card (Student ID) when you pick up your U-Pass.  You must have been registered full-time by December 15th, 2012 in order to have a pre-printed U-Pass available for you to pick up on the three distribution dates.  Full-time enrollment is defined as 12 hours or more for Undergrads and 9 hours or more for Graduate students.

If you registered for full-time after December 15^th the CTA will be on campus each of the three days above to issue U-Passes to students who registered for full-time after December 15^th, but you will need to wait in line for your picture and card pick up.  This means, these three days are your only opportunity to receive your U-Pass before the start of the spring semester.  Students who miss these dates will need to pick up the U-Pass at the Campus Card Office on or after Moday, January 28th.
