  • What is ColumbiaWorks?

    ColumbiaWorks is Columbia College Chicago's Online Job Board. The opportunities posted in ColumbiaWorks are available for viewing to all current students and eligible alumni. We will post full-time, part-time, freelance, internship and volunteer opportunities. Companies, organizations, and individuals are all invited to post.

  • Can I post internships?

    Wondering if your opportunity is an internship? Here are some guidelines. Note: Each department at Columbia College Chicago has different guidelines for students earning college credit for internships. If you are anticipating that a student will get college credit for an internship, please contact the appropriate departmental internship coordinator and they will inform you of the guidelines and requirements. If it your opportunity does not meet the requirements of Columbia College Chicago, please classify your opportunity as "volunteer" (unpaid) or "freelance" (paid).

  • How do I Register?

  • What if I Forget My Username and/or Password?

    If you should happen to forget your username and/or password simply email us at and request for your information to be resent to you.

  • How do I Post My Opportunity?

    Login if you already have an account or register if you are a new user. Then from the menu bar at the top of the screen go to "My Jobs" then click "New Job" and complete the job form.  Please note that all jobs entered go through a review process; be prepared to wait up to 2 business days before you job is viewable to users.
