Fitness Classes and Open Gym
Fitness Classes will be held in the Fitness Studio at 731 S. Plymouth Ct., lower level.
The following fitness classes are offered starting September 11, 2017. Fitness classes are free to all Columbia College.
Total Body Workout, Mondays, 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Sculpt your body, boost your energy levels and develop higher levels of fitness through resistance training combined with continuous cardio.
High Intensity Interval Training, Tuesdays, 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Train like athletes using high intensity intervals to achieve greater performance, energy, and focus while burning more calories than regular exercise.
Total Cardio Training, Wednesdays, 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Continuous movement using kickboxing, functional exercises, and a touch of Insanity.
Core Training, Thursdays, 5 p.m. -6 p.m.: Sculpt your tummy and tookie while developing balance coordination and strength through this Pilates based class.
