If you are experiencing a crisis call Counseling Services at 312-369-8700. Due to the Pandemic, Counseling Services is providing all its services through a virtual setting. When you call, please leave a message clearly providing your: Name, Student ID, and best phone number to reach you at. Please note, you will get a return phone call from a Blocked Number.

Counseling Services hours are as follows:

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Counseling Services is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and when the campus is closed.

If you leave a message after hours your call will not be returned until the next business day. Please contact the emergency resources during the evenings, nights, and on weekends. If you have a crisis and it's after business hours call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Please, do not email the Counseling Services office if you're experiencing a crisis - email is not a reliable means to obtain urgent assistance. Please follow the instructions above.
