College Advising Center
The College Advising Center helps students clarify and take responsibility for their academic and career goals. All undergraduate students have an assigned academic advisor. New students are expected to meet with their academic advisor at least once a semester during their first year. After their first year, students should meet regularly with their academic advisor to develop their graduation plans, review their academic options, and formally declare their major and minor programs. In addition to academic advisors, faculty in the academic departments provide critical advice from the perspective of their academic, artistic, and professional expertise. The College Advising Center collaborates closely with academic departments to ensure students receive holistic and appropriate academic support, mentorship, and guidance.
