1. Secure Space
    You may reserve space for purposes directly related to coursework OR on behalf of a recognized student organization.
    To book a space, please visit and complete a space request form.
  2. Publish Your Event
    Once you have received your space and resource usage confirmation, publish your event to the Columbia Events calendar ( where you can promote your event online and connect your event to Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.

Faculty and Staff can request building hours extensions and extra security.
