This form is for members of the Columbia College community to request graphic design services. You can request any marketing materials (i.e. posters, palm cards, and for your department or your event.
Your graphic design request must be submitted 30 days* in advance from when you event takes place. The minimum 30 day process allows the following:
1 day (24 hours) to process and schedule request
4-6 days for student and staff to design
2-3 days for corrections, alternations, and changes based on feedback
4-5 days for Xerox to print
15 days for requesting department students and staff to hang posters, distribute flyers, and promote events across campus (allowing all students equal opportunity to attend the specific student/school funded event with sufficient advance notice)
*Design requests that require brochures, booklets, vendor printing, oversize prints, etc. will take more than 30 days. Please email Student Communications for approximate time needed.
