Latino and Latin American Studies Minor

The Latino and Latin American Studies Minor offers courses in the historical and cultural development of Hispanic/Latin American people through the study of language, literature, art (visual and performing), and social institutions. By studying the ethnic experiences of the Latino/Hispanic population in the Americas, students will understand the multicultural complexities of the United States and Latin America and note and the significance of their contributions to society.
