Fitness Classes and Programs
Fitness Classes will be held in the Fitness Studio at 731 S. Plymouth Ct., lower level.
The following fitness classes are free to the Columbia College community:
Abs and Buns Class, Mondays 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Self Defense and Street Smarts, Mondays, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Functional HIIT with Megz, Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Yoga, a Mind/Body Experience with Veronica, Wednesdays, 7:30 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
Yoga, a Mind/Body Experience with Samantha, Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Workout with the Renegades, Fridays, 5 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
All attendees must check in at the Fitness Center front desk before proceeding to the Fitness Studio.
