Columbia College Chicago is please to announce the launch of TimelyCare Medical and Mental Health. TimelyCare will offer all enrolled students 24/7 access to clinical care and licensed providers from any device, any time, any where. Students can now create their TimelyCare profile (registering like you would on a clipboard in a doctor's office) and using these services without any additional cost.
Students will need to register with their Columbia email (@colum.edu) to gain access to the platform.
Once registered, students can connect with one of TimelyCare's diverse qualified providers.
Students can select from on-demand support (see a provider right away) through MedicalNow or TalkNow or scheduled support (select a provider and a date and time that works with your calendar) through Scheduled Counseling or Scheduled Medical.
Within the app, students will also find numerous self-help resources, guided journeys, peer communities and more!
