The Howard Brown Youth Center on Broadway is a safe and fun place to hang out and connect and offers daily health and education workshops, free anonymous rapid HIV testing, confidential STD screenings, counseling, and social and support groups.

"The Center on Halsted offers support networks and programming to meet the cultural, emotional, social, educational and recreational needs of the LGBTQ community and friends. Current services include support groups for youth and seniors, mental health services, an info line for LGBTQ individuals and a hotlines for HIV and STD converns, advocacy related to domestic violence, and a community technology center."
