  1. RUN: escape, call 911
  2. HIDE: out of shooter’s view, barricade doors, silence phones
  3. FIGHT: as a last resort and only when your life is in imminent danger
 

ACTIVE SHOOTER/PERSON WITH A WEAPON IN ANOTHER BUILDING

  1. Lockdown of affected campus buildings
  2. Barricade door, block entry
  3. Wait for “All Clear” message via the mass notification system.
