Tiana Hill

 Tiana Hill, LCSW

Tiana Hill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about mental wellness and the creative arts. Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Tiana grew up in the Greater Grand Crossing and Roseland neighborhoods and is a proud product of the Chicago Public School system. She pursued her bachelor’s degree in Family Studies at Miami University. After graduation, she served as a City Year volunteer for two years, working with inner-city youth. Tiana furthered her education at the University of Southern California, earning a Master’s in Social Work. She has provided mental health services to youth and adults within the LGBTQ+ community who are HIV positive or vulnerable to acquiring HIV. Tiana's extensive experience spans community mental health, hospital social work, perinatal mental health, education, foster care, juvenile justice, substance abuse, and community engagement. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered, emphasizing the use of art and creative interventions. Tiana is committed to helping individuals develop new skills, break generational cycles, heal from trauma, and discover themselves. Together, she aims to cultivate resilience, foster love, and build a foundation for a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.

Britt Hodgdon

Britt Hodgdon, LCSW

Britt Hodgdon was born in East Rogers Park and raised on the northwest side of Chicago. Her own nontraditional education path spanned Chicago Public Schools, a brief stint in a Lutheran school, and a correspondence homeschool program before becoming a first generation college student, working the range of scale by starting at a community college, then a state college and at last graduating from a university setting.  She received her Master of Social Work from University of Chicago. Britt has served a range of ages and populations as a trauma therapist through infant mental health work in child welfare, violence prevention services, medical clinics, youth homelessness, HIV work and sex abuse recovery. Britt is motivated as a therapist by the capacity for radical relationship to heal and connect with a person’s hurt and unacknowledged parts, bringing light to shadowy places that deserve care and voice. She is drawn to somatic practices, relational work, and narrative therapy. Britt enjoys hiking and camping and finding any reason to be outside versus in but still holds her Chicago identity close and has a lot of opinions on the best local tacos and pizza.

Anna Looker
Anna Looker, LCPC

Anna Looker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. She has worked in a wide variety of settings over the years, however, when she began working in university counseling, she discovered a true passion for working with students. Anna’s clinical interests include working with depression and other mood disorders, including working with those who struggle with suicidal thoughts, anxiety issues, substance use concerns, emotional regulation, social skills-building, and adjustment challenges. Anna strives to create a caring and collaborative relationship with students. She enjoys partnering with students to discover and develop their inner strengths, abilities, and resilience. She brings her authentic self to each session, and she is prepared to support students through the range of experiences that come with college life, from its challenges and triumphs to everything in between. Outside of work, Anna enjoys playing volleyball, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels (recommendations welcome!), taking dance classes, and hanging out with her two cats.

Richard Chin
Richard Chin, LCSW
Clinical Lead

Richard Chin, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holds a Master of Social Work from UIC’s Jane Addams College of Social Work and a BSEd in Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern’s School of Education and Social Policy. He has worked with diverse populations in both community and institutional settings providing treatment for substance use disorders and mental illnesses. He utilizes an “Eclectic” therapeutic approach drawing on a variety of theoretical frameworks to individualize treatment for his clients and is largely informed by Rogerian, or Person-centered, principles. His clinical interests are in mood and anxious disorders, especially as they relate to life changes. Richard enjoys spending time outside with his family and playing the guitar. He tries to find joy and humor in life’s frustrations.

Connie Valle

Connie Valle joined CCC in January 2019, and continues with excellent customer service skills, organization, and efficiency to the office. Connie earned her Certificate of Nurse Assistant from Harold Washington College and is continuing her education. Connie has over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations. She strives to make her interactions with students comfortable and meaningful. Connie loves spending time with her Family and road trips.

"I definitely enjoy listening to music for relaxation. I love Mediterranean food and pizza! I enjoy good jokes and laughs. I like going to vintage shops and admire different kinds of arts and sculptures."
