30 East is just steps away from the new Student Center and a block away from Grant Park. It houses the Housing & Residential Experience office and approximately 340 Columbia College Chicago students. Those assigned to 30 East reside in apartment style units, with two to five students per unit in single and double-occupancy bedrooms. Each apartment has a full kitchen and en-suite bath, plus an open plan living and dining areas.
