Collected: DEPS Permanent Collection Exhibition

Exhibition Dates: September 6, 2011 - October 19, 2011

Reception: September 8th, 2011, 5 - 8pm

Comprised of student work purchased by DEPS, the permanent
collection archives the diverse and creative talent of Columbia College
Chicago's students, both past and present. The permanent collection is
maintained by DEPS not only as an archive of student work but also to
provide artwork to be displayed on Columbia's campus.

For this exhibition curator Erik Lundquist has focused on presenting
handcrafted two dimensional work from the collection, highlighting
artists who maintain the use of traditional materials and techniques in
their practice.
