Equity Issues Office
The Office of Equity Issues (Title IX Office) promptly responds to and investigates all complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination. The grievance procedures in this policy cover Sexual Harassment which includes quid pro quo sexual harassment, or sexual assult, and other prohibited acts based on sex. Sexual Harassment may include, but is not limited to: Sexual Violence; Sexual Exploitation; Dating/Domestic Violence; and Stalking.
The Office of Equity Issues provides supportive measures to students who have experienced a Title IX, Sexual Misconduct or Harassment/Discrimination issue.
