• This form is for applying to establish a new student organization on campus. Please email socpresident@colum.edu with any questions.
• SOC Re-Recognition Application
  • This form is for previously recognized student organizations requesting continued recognition for the 2026-2027 academic year. Please email socpresident@colum.edu with any questions.
• Student Organization Proposal (SOP) Form
  • Must be submitted at least 14 days before request.
• SOC Monthly Report
  • SOC Monthly Reports are due on the 25th of each month unless otherwise specified.
• Digital Print Center (DPC) Requests
  • Must be submitted at least 14 days before request.
• EMS Space Reservation System
  
  • For assistance in reserving a space not listed in EMS, please contact socevents@colum.edu.
• SOC Officer at Event Request Form
  • If you would like an SOC E-board member present at an upcoming event for your org.
