Student Organizations

• This form is for applying to establish a new student organization on campus. Please email socpresident@colum.edu with any questions.
• SOC Re-Recognition Application
  • This form is for previously recognized student organizations requesting continued recognition for the 2023-2024 academic year. Please email socpresident@colum.edu with any questions.
• Student Organization Proposal (SOP) Form
  • Must be submitted at least 10 full business days before request.
• SOC Monthly Report
  • Fall 2023 Monthly Reports are due on the last Monday of each month.
• Digital Print Center (DPC) Requests
  • Must be submitted at least 10 full business days before request.
• Wicked Week Application 
  • For student organizations interested in hosting an event during Wicked Week. Application due by Sept 29th, 2023.
• EMS Space Reservation System
  
  • For assistance in reserving a space not listed in EMS, please contact socpresident@colum.edu.
