Event Management System (EMS)

Reserve a Space on Campus via EMS.  Students can reserve or request space for meetings, study groups, club events, or more using our reservation system, EMS. Spaces listed under the 'Rooms You Can Reserve' heading do not require additional review and are automatically approved. Spaces listed under the 'Rooms You Can Request' heading require additional review before approval. Space requests without services requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Space requests including furniture and AV setups require a minimum of ten (10) business days lead time. Cancellations require a 48-hour notice and are required for all reservations that will not be used. There may be penalties for failure to cancel unused reservations. You can cancel and edit your reservation through the 'My Events' page on EMS.
