The Dean of Students Office is committed to your success!

The Dean of Students portfolio provides comprehensive support services for most aspects of a student's life outside of the classroom. The DOS oversees the Center for Student Wellbeing (including the TimelyCare platform), Services for Students with Disabilities, Student Assistance and Community Standards, Housing & Residential Experience, and the Office of Equity Issues.

While the Dean of Students Office has no oversight over academic matters, it handles a variety of non-academic issues including student misconduct, basic needs, and are dedicated to making Columbia's cultural and educational experiences outside the classroom both vibrant and enriching.
